holy shit guys i am sorry..i feel embarrassed..they are 19.5 or so....im taking a rough estimate on that because my next is around 18 inches and i can get my hands around it but i cant my calve..its about a 1/2" from touching....lmfao...every thing else is right on my trainer friend measured!


I dont have a camera but i need one...i want to post my after pic...and my before..just want to do it at the same time so you guys see how far ive came...my waist used to be 44" and my chest was at 49"
