Lets see................good question.................hmmmmmmmm...............carry the 5.................5 minutes total. That is about right.

Walk from the Jeep at work to the front door.......1 minute.
Repeat but in reverse......1 minute.
From the Jeep tot he gym........30 seconds.
Reverse the same step.......30 seconds.
Maybe stop for gas..................2 minutes.
Winter in New England........Priceless.

winter - 1 hour tops

During the week, not many... right now its dark when I get to work and right about dark when I leave work. On the weekends I try to do as much outdoors as possible.

Now that I think of it............once the snow falls........the driveway is 70 yards long....two walkways....three decks........that will have me outside longer....LOL.

I'm inside pretty much all day. I go jogging so that is about an hour outside during the week. On the weekends I am outside doing some form of yard work, pruning trees etc. more in the summer though.
