I use Optimum's whey protein....$35 for a 5lb. tub ya cant go wrong!
Anyway...I make a big shake in the morning of around 8 scoops along with a banana and maybe some strawberries and drink it throughout the day. Each scoop is 22g of protein and 110 calories, so i get atleast 900 calories from it and around 180g of protein.
Does this sound like enough? I drink about a third shortly after breakfast, then another third about 3-4 hours later, and then the rest about 4 hours after that.
