my first carbup in 2wks will be Olive Garden, tomorrow night!!!
if it goes anything like last time i was on this diet and carbedup at OG, then i'll be haveing: an entire plate of fettecinni alfredo, ~2.5 bowls of their salad, ~12 breadsticks & ~ 2 pitchers of tea. i walked out of their feeling like i swallowed a cannonball. i think that was the weekend i gained 8lbs, lol
i just cut loose on the carbups... i eat anything and everything. doesn't seem to effect my results at all other than sometimes being harder to get back into keto by monday.
this diet works really well for me. i lose fat while gaining muscle.
