how many cals a day you take in?

No flame here but in my opinion, there is no reason to diet until you finish bulking or adding the mass you desire..all this bulk, cut stuff is nonsense and sets you back in terms of lean mass gains, I always tell people you can't grow on a diet
 
Roughly 3,000 cal / day and about 200 g protein / day. Stay on this throughout the summer. Fall/winter, starting upping the calories/protein. Currently 188 lbs 6'0 10% BF
 
jasonstrong, yeah, but one needs to limit how fat they do get. there is nothing worse than having to diet for a very long time and lose alot of lbm because you overbulked. Plus, most of us here are concerned by how we look, and it is harder to stay motivated on a bulking cycle when you go too long without actually seeing your muscle, and seeing yourself slowly get fatter.

i can bulk as much as i want, have to get down to like 10% for track season in jan. plenty of time until then.............and i like eating tons of extra food......even if i am a pig, oink oink
