During this cycle I have been paying very close attention to my calories etc. I have found it very difficult to get my cals up to around 5,000 per day.
Today so far I have had:
293 g. of protein
287 g. of carbs
64 g. of fat
Which looks good but that is only 2896 calories. I have a couple of meals left but I doubt I will hit 5,000.
Let me know how many go get or think you get per day.
