I biked 40 miles today, avg HR 85% of max.
If I'm going that far usually 17-18mph. Speedo shows a max of 29.7. The problem was it was out and back so the last 20 miles were all right into the wind.damn good shit

cardio fit is a terrible term. what does that mean? I've seen dudes who do shit on the treadmill for hours get straight gassed 5 minutes into a pick-up bball ganme.
