how many C&C broz are cardio fit?

I biked 40 miles today, avg HR 85% of max.

what's your mph on avg?
If I'm going that far usually 17-18mph. Speedo shows a max of 29.7. The problem was it was out and back so the last 20 miles were all right into the wind.
 
If I am in a fight I try to end it in the first round with my patent ONE HITTER QUITTER. But I could maybe go 2. Its not that great, but I have seen worse, and I have seen a helluva lot better.
 
cardio fit is a terrible term. what does that mean? I've seen dudes who do shit on the treadmill for hours get straight gassed 5 minutes into a pick-up bball ganme.
 
I guess so. I usually pwn slower fuckers at paintball.

Its also cause I do flips and shit.
 
I do fel running / fartlek on my local hills, so yea I'm reasonably "cardio fit" (CV fitness with practical applications).

B12 shots weekly (whenever I have a bad hangover from the yo)
hydroxyslut (banned shit) 4 pills 20min b4 each 50cal meal (2meals daily)
beans/cola on weekends (no brew, bad on liver + too many cals)

thinkin about throwin in a little dbol only on the side, get a lil calf pumps after the 2 hour elliptical

damn son a bit over my head
but i'd def bump the dnp up to a gram, to make my fat ass look slimer
 
i hate cardio but i need to do some...just killed poizza frpm papa jphns,burger king and wendys
 
I'm endurance fit but not anaerobic fit. Have run 3 full marathons, 8 half marathons and many short triathlons and duathlons.

However, right now I'm starting to play ultimate frisbee and it is kicking my ass at the beginning because I'm not used to sprint/stop type of stuff. I had to really revamp my training to include bursts of anaerobic speed.
