Just started my new really high protein diet and decided eating eggs was the best/cheapest way to do it. I can definitely see some results (but I'm also running 20-25 miles a week). What I do is simple boil a whole shit load of eggs at once and cut out the center yolk. I just keep them stored in the fridge, and everytime I walk past, just grab me a few and heat up in the microwave a few seconds, add a little salt and pepper, and force them down. They definitely aren't the best tasting things I've ever had. But I'm hoping its worth the protein.......what do you guys think???

Another question. How would a clen only cyle be. I want to lose about 10 pounds of fat if I can b/c I'll be training for a marathon real soon. I'm prettly lean as it is and don't even know if I have that much to lose. I currently 5'10" and weigh right at 200 lbs. I wouldn't even mind losing a little muscle seeing as it is im really not that interested in getting really big anymore. Getting puffy nips from my last cylcle was enough for me. Thanks

it should be on the be on the box dude under nutrition value, the yolk has all the fat so you pretty much figure the the egg white is most the protein. come on man !

Split the protein value between the yellow and white. The yellow does have all the fat.

I depends on the size of the egg. Usually an egg white protein content is said to be 4g a egg.

What I do is to use one half yellow with 4 or 5 whites. It make the whole tastier.

my favorite bro is to cook the eggwhites scrambled use alittle butter flavor pam spray. grill a piece of thick ham , get some white toast with no butter. mix the eggs/ham cutup all togather

good eating and healhy

This comes from an article in flex magazine.

An egg has 6g protein 3 in the white and 3 in the yolk. The yolk also has 3g of healthy fats.

If you want to avoid the fat throw away the yolk but remember you are also throwing away half the protein.

My advice would be to include a couple of whole eggs with just some egg whites. I normally scrammble 2 whole eggs with 8 eggs whites. Thats 36g protein.
