How long untill strength returns?

Hey bros ive been lifting for about 11 years i have never missed workouts untill the past few months. my strength ussually has been about 385 max bench, but since ive been slacking and my diet has sucked i can even get 315 3 times and then my chest is completely spent so i cant get through the next set, is this a normal loss of strength and how long will it take to regain my previous strength, anyone ever been through this? thanks
 
why does it matter 'when strength will come back'.

just go in there and give it 110% each time.
if it comes back.. good.
if it doesnt.. then give 120%.
 
its funny cause i was all happy because my strength wasnt going away and i was being lazy and then boom 3 weeks ago i was a woman. litterally i have a vagina now and very low bench press, i just need to get back at it full time and eat better and inject things into my frail femenine body

I've been training for nearly 8 years, then had to take a year off because of injuries and other commitments.

I'm just starting training again (2 weeks in) and even though I've lost loads of muscle and strength (I want to bulk sooo bad), I'm cutting because of all the fat I gained while I wasn't training. Diet was Fast food and grease for the last year, and it stops now.

It sucks to go back to the gym and not even be able to lift 1/2 of what I used to. It just goes to show, this is a full time commitment, and if you get slack, you lose.

I'm going to be running some var @40mg ed for 3-4 weeks as a kick start to try and regain some strength. Then in a few months I might be ready to hop onto a test/deca cycle and try and restore my former self...
