My carb-up (CKD) was on Sunday, so Sat I decided to play around with food that was borderline, in my case some chinese (orange beef) w/o rice. I have a slightly higher tolerance for carbs than most people, according to the posts.
So I ate it around 7pm. My ketostix showed me in trace until Sunday 9am (pre-workout). At 11-am (post-workout) I hit the carbs, so obviously around 12:30p my piss was negative...
