How long should I rest between sets?

for each:
5x5 Bench press
5x5 Pendlay row
5x5 Overhead Press
3x20 Squats

I just go by the feel, whenever I think I can do the next one...
How important is timed rest between sets?

Also I'm doing 1x5 Deadlifts, once or twice a week, should I be doing more?

I rest three minutes. If Your focus is strength rest 4 minutes if your focus is more muscle mass rest 90seconds to 2 minutes.
