How long have you guys used Letrozole (Femara) for treating your gyno?

I have been treating my gyno with Letrozole for 2 weeks now using 2.5mg everyday. I still have a small lump the size of a nickel behind my right nip and I notice a smaller lump on my left. Feels more like a gland if anything. Not really sensitive as it used to be but the lumps haven't gone away yet. Its definitely killing my sex drive and also wanted to know if I should add Dostinex to the mix since I was lactating when I first noticed the gyno.

As of right now I am on TRT. 100mg test cyp a week and 250IU's of HCG twice a week. Also on 3.5IU's of HGH everyday. This will be my last week of the HCG and 2 more weeks of the test cyp.

So just wondering for all you guys that have dealt with this how bad was your gyno and how long did you have to run your Letro for to get rid of your gyno? And did you completely get rid of it?

If you're trying to get rid of gyno, I suggest you get off the GH (as a start). Getting rid of gyno is a variable process, it can take 2 weeks or it can take 4 months, it really depends on the person. Keep going with it and drop the GH, you'll get the results.

is gyno always a 'lump'? my buddie has what i thought is chest fat/tissue underneath the nipple from an old cycle when he bends over it sags a little he need to get rid of but there is no lump. i told him i thought it was just fatty tissue from estrogen sides

gyno is not always a lump, it can be sensitivity at the site, pain etc...

lol, if you're milking, letrozole + dostinex is the way to go

Yea I am also curious on if its necessary to stop the GH. I have heard that it can raise prolactin levels but thats about it.
