How long do you workout?

How long is your average workout with weights in the gym? How much cardio do you do? How many days a week? Just trying to get a feel of how long most people are working out each day.

I try to keep my weight training to 55-65 minutes, 4 times a week. So I spend about 4 hours a week in the gym. I dont do any cardio.

Wow, 4 hours a week doesn't sound like much....
 
30-45 mins 4x a week weights...on the rare occasion I do cardio I sled drag or sprint. Sometimes this is 2-3 times a week, sometimes none at all. Generally takes about 30 mins. Active recovery, daily, about 10-15 mins.
 
I'd love to sit here and say 45 minutes across the board... but some workouts are quicker, and some are longer... On average, probably 45-50 minutes...

sometimes my back days go up to an hour, chest days are faster than normal...

Basically, I look at around 20-25 minutes per body part... if I'm doing Chest/Tris -- it might take like 40 minutes, Back/Bis -- might take like 50-55 minutes, Legs, oddly takes like 40 minutes :)

I'm in the gym longer now because I'm doing cardio post workout. I'd say 45-60 minutes of weights, 20-40 of cardio.
 
Usually lift 3-4x a week no longer than an hour. Cardio 3-4x a week 20-40minutes usually only 30 of real intense boxing,. it seems like forever but 5 2min rounds take 15 minutes only then footwork and then shadowboxing
 
I lift two days one week, three days the next. ON the week that I lift twice each workout takes about an hour, the week that I lift 3 times each workout takes about 30 minutes. But then again I lift a little unconventionally from what most people do.
 
From 45 to 1 hour.. Usually closer to 45. And I train Westside... Extra Workouts are around 20 to 30 for AR work and such....

My gym is a very social place, I try to workout undisturbed for an hour and then I do my socializing for the last 15 mins while I do Abs, Calves, forearms etc... I love working out, but I also like chatting it up with the regulars after I'm done the bulk of my workout.

I workout 6 to 7 times week - 3 days are gym days for less than an hour each, 3 days are cardio for about 30 to 45 minutes each time, plus I do Pilates or yoga on my rest day...but I'm a girl...I gotta keep moving. :D I can't believe I used to spend about 2 hours a day/5 times a week working out while in college. What was I thinking?!?! LOL

Hubby works out 4 days a week for about an hour at a time except on leg and back days which takes about 1.5 hours. He does cardio or karate the other 3 days.
 
45 minutes 4 times a week for weights. I don't do much cardio but when I do, i do usually 20-30 minutes, interval style. I do spend around 30-45 minutes a day stretching though. With fitness, you have to maintain flexibility so stretching is an every day happening.
 
am currently doing 40mintues cardio 4-6 times a week, with 40-60mintues weights after... going to cut it down as im exhausted all the time! lol... trying to hard perhaps!
 
if i train with a partner then it takes forever, but by myself it usually takes half hour on average. when i work out for over an hour, i can feel the effects of carb depletion and i can't give it 100%. if u can't give it 100%, migh as well go home.
