hell curling! start jumping rope. you'll cut all that extraneous "cardio" crap and still get the results.
that or a few mins of HIIT or even some sprints (not on the treadmill), i mean the real thing.

It depends on the workout/phase of training. Sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes 2 and a half hours. I once liftted for 2 hours, then drove to the track and sprinted and the whole thing (lifting+sprinting)took about 3 hours with NO pwo shake inbetween(and no my muscles didn't magically atrophy and eat themselves, lol).

Impressive! You guys spend a lot of time at the gym. Good work for anyone that spends more than 45 minutes. I can't speak for myself, since it's rather embarrassing. All in all, anything more than 45 minutes is good for you! :)
 
Like BiggT, my time in the gym depends on where I'm at in my training cycle. On some deload days I barely break a sweat and am in/out in half an hour, while a day that consists of 'high' volume squats followed by rows and bench can take 2 hours, with no cardio.
