How Long Do You Spend at the Gym

Since I added an of stupid cardio I am there almost 1:50 minutes, 2 hours if people must talk to me. I do two mucle groups a night. What about ya'll?
 
It depends on the workout/phase of training. Sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes 2 and a half hours. I once liftted for 2 hours, then drove to the track and sprinted and the whole thing (lifting+sprinting)took about 3 hours with NO pwo shake inbetween(and no my muscles didn't magically atrophy and eat themselves, lol).

I'll do 20-30 mins. In the 20 mins, I might do 14 sets or up to 26 reps and keep rest periods at about 25 seconds. This allows me to train using wieghts for cardio purposes. On the 30 mins, I'll do 15 mins as heavy as I can (for strength), and then 15 with lighter weights, again for cardio.

With stretching, supplement mixing/taking and cooking/eating after altogether takes a little over an hour.
