How long can you go without sleep?

Yeah, thats what i meant. I dont think it will create schizophrenia but sleep deprivation has the same symptoms as a schizophrenic episode. For some reason hallucinations that the room is on fire are also common in sleep deprivation for some reason.

My record is 40 hours.

I think 3 days is my record. I was at Xfest(outdoor camping/concert). I remember taking a dump about 4 in the morning and going nuts hearing things. Then my buddy shook the hell out of it, making me think he was gonna tip me over.

hmm i lost track of how long i went without sleep for (finals). it's pretty amazing to think that your brain can still function correctly while hallucinating (i got the 2nd highest grade on genetics final and i was hearing shit and seeing stars from not having slept for days... then again i was on quite a bit of ritalin).

all i know is that im about ready to pass out for a month straight now that im done.
