how long between cycles?

just got off a crazy long cycle of a buch of shit but mostly winni and clen.. fucked with some other shit like primo and d-bola nd eq but not much.. i didnt realize how long i was on the cycle, i wouldnt even call it a cycle, ut was messin around wih ip winni and spiropent for about 20 weeks at least.. 1 tab a day and 5 clens..
