andriol is kinda of like training wheels for steroids. The biggest problem is that since taken orally, the amount that reaches your bloodstream is unpredictable. It depends on the other contents of you digestive tract: fat, etc.
Also, with a half life of about 3-4 hours, you need to take them every two-4 hours which makes for a VERY expensive cycle.
You'll save a lot of money by injecting some form of test, enanthate or cypionate are easy starts.
To answer your question: The testosterone reaches your bloodstream in about 20-60 minutes. So, in that regard, it works immediatly. But, since blood levels are inconsistent, it is debatable if any real gains will occur.
