how long after cycle for hair

just finished a sust/deca/winny cycle
it didnt bald me but i did notice lotsa hair in the tub recently
how long after a cycle should i wait before i start hair treatments
like propecia (which i heard is bad with deca in your system)
or topical solutions like rogaine/nioxin shampoos
it would suck to try and fix or reguvinate something and
screw it up worse

First of all, if you valued your hair, you should have avoided winny. The time to start preventative measures like those you mentioned (might want to throw in spiro) is weeks BEFORE you even begin the cycle. And yes, it's true, you shouldn't run propecia with deca, but you can with eq, which is close and has never harmed my hair.

Start on nioxin and topical spiro now. After PCT, and your hormone levels are balanced out, you can get on the finasteride. If you're going to use it on cycle, make sure you're not doing tren or deca. I would wait a month or two after PCT to take the finasteride because it can have some negative effects on recovery.

I mean nizoral shampoo, not nioxin. Dutasteride won't help with EQ.
