How long after a test cycle to do winny/eq?

My friend decided on a winny/eq cycle. Another friend today offered him a months supply of t200 (250 mg per week ) and said it'd be "good to get your receptors built up to take advatage of the winny". He wants to know how truthful this is, and if he did do the test for a month, how long should he wait after that to start the winny/eq?

Well, I'm no expert but I know from experience that running test for only 4-6 weeks you would not see as good of gains as if you ran it for 8 weeks. I ran sus250 for 6 weeks and saw some gains but I think I would have seen more if I had ran it for 8 weeks. Unless you front load the test on the first week, it takes about 4 weeks for it to really kick in.

But if he did decide to take the t200, he should run the EQ with the test and after he finishes the t200 start the Winny.

By the way, how much of each does he have??

I've heard of receptor downgrade, but I never heard of receptor build-up. Personally, I would do them all at once. The Barnes3 idea of putting the test and the EQ together is smart, but I have found that winny is sort of dissapointing on its own. I'd stack 'em all up. Do all three 'til the test runs out, and let the EQ and winny run together.
