How is this guy in the Army?

I went to PLDC with an MP and he was a nice guy but he liked to ruminate on the fact that only MP's, of all law enforcement, can use choke holds to subdue.

I know a 2nd Lieutenant that joined up at 41....write a "congressperson" with the right connections and you can get a waiver for anything......anything.
