use 30% of 1 rep max... no rest constant motion:evil:

follow with 3 sets of 30 leg extensions. should be terribly painful. 10 with toes in, 10 mid, 10 out.

3 sets leg curls, 10-15 reps, solid flex throughout the motion.



ive never had any program come even close to these gains.
 
i like to use squats as the bulk of my quad training but it is possible to do little to no squats to get the size. i know a few large guys that dont squat. they are all also weak.

I remember you telling me a few months back that you were trying this out. I'm guessing you stuck with it. I also know now you're a few sandwiches short of s picinic lol

I'm glad it worked out for you. Very insane program. I guess the saying "train insane or stay the same" is the truth.
