Do not panick bro, you said the right words "I wasn't expecting any package...." you never had it in your p.o. box, never in your hands..it's been open by someone else and touched by different persons....i.e. the one who owns the other p.o. box, the postman, the police and who else....I wouldn't be affraid of anything....just change p.o box , everything should be fine..good luck.

1. Stay adamant that you were not expecting a package

2. The person who opened your package was totally wrong in doing so, as tampering with the mail is a federal offense. Furthermore, you may be able to prove that the pills are evidence obtained only through an illegal search and thus cannot be held against you.

that is absolutely right. evidence that was gathered through an illegal search and/or seizure cannot be used against you in court.

I would get a lawyer if I was you. Depending on the state you could be facing a long, long vacation to a Fed Pen even first offence. I have a friend that just went down simmilar shit.
