How has your body changed from this time last year?

Have you gotten bigger? Or just fatter? Has your weight and bodyfat gone up or down?


I am about 10 lbs heavier at about the same bf%. Just look thicker especially through the arms.

Other than that I'm a wreck. Fuckin tendonitis that limits my workout a lot. Worried to come off later this week.

I am in a rut. I am up in weight, lower in body fat, lower in strength. I don't know, just in a wierd funk lately. Diet has been all over because I have been busy with work lately.......just don't know.
 
up about 20lbs, bf up a smidge

and i dont have track injuries
last year:
4 stress fractures
back spasms
torn delt



the javaline and indoor track really kicked my ass
 
I'm a little smaller in size even though i took a year off from training. As far as weight goes I judge that by how my clothes fit. The treadmill is doing wonders for me now.
 
haven't worked out in about 8 months after working out atleast 3 days a week for 9 years straight.....weak, chubby and gross, could be back to were i was with one cycle and 4 or 5 months of hitting it hard
 
lost 10 lbs. fat, gained back 10 of muscle and counting. honestly don't know if I ever would've picked it back up again if I hadn't found this place.
 
Lost a lot of mass, gone up a bit in bf. Instead of a tight bodybuilder lookin' chick, I look like a small gymnast. :(

Ah well, I suppose it could be worse. LOL
 
..it hasnt really......stronger and a bit bigger thru the traps and shoulders but basically the same
 
~20lbs heavier, bf up 2-3%. all lifts are up. biggest improvements are in my arms and legs

70lbs in one year and no gain in BF? eh. did you have another limb surgically attached to yourself?
 
Bodyfat is about 8% lower. I'm a lot stonger, and much healthier. Plus women want to boink me which is a nice bonus.

went from a juiced up 240 lbs and very atheltic mofo to a well umm 25 lbs of less muscle

i went from a fat 150 to a chubby 158.


yYAY..

but since i started lifting i went from a 140 to like now with only 2-3% bodyfat increase.

im useless i know, and the ladies still hate me but now they stoppe even feeling sorry for me so i dont get pity touches
 
7 lbs lighter, 15 to 20% weaker. Not sure why, maybe the torn pec. Can't bench except very light.
 
Went from a great diet to a kind of crappy one so I gained some bf.....

Struggling to get back on track now....

definitely gained some mass, but i'm 10 lbs lighter. lost a bunch of fat, but the numbers on the scale are depressing. i do look much better though, and strength is way up from last year. school really fucked with my diet, training, and sleep so i didn't get to where i wanted to.
