IMO if you're cutting you need to concentrate on eating whole food.....liquids and shakes are easily processed by the body with minimal calories.....whole food takes longer to break down and thus you burn a he;ll of a lot more calories compared to shakes and liquids......
Try using skim milk powder. use it the same way u would protein powder at a fraction of the cost.
A couple of scoops can be added to your whey protein to cut down on the amt. of whey u would normally have to buy!!!
Try it and start saving $$ for your next cycle.
Skim is usually fortified with Calcium which helps you lean out, its made up of 80% Micellar casein and 20%Whey. The only downside is the milk sugar...but if you digest it well then I would go for it.

i hav a friend who dinks like 3 gallons a week and stays pretty lean, were if I have more than a few glasses i day ifeel so bloated that i can't get in my car
