If I had to put it to a number I'd say 10-15% though I wouldn't bet my balls I've never broken 20% (yes possibly 20%) eating my ass off before I diet. The thing is, I rarely get the body fat tested. My measure is the mirror. The other thing, and I know a few bros will call bullshit, is that I think guys hold fat differently. I'm telling you that I've looked leaner at 12% than guys at 6-8%. Thats hydrostatic too. Who knows really? The bottomline is what you present on stage, or at the store pulling poon LOL. I say forget the % and look at the mirror and goals. If its about competition and you can shed the fat and you're still packing good muscle under the blubber than you aren't too fat. Tell the girlfriend to deal with it.
