Been doing this just about every week...initially could barely get 75 reps with 45, now using about 110 on the seated calf raise and calves are coming along great.

Cool thing about calves is you can overload em more and more every week and they don't seem to give a shit, they just do it...
Nelson's cable curls are also great, one of the few bicep exercises I bother with.
^^^^ I love these!! The only way I can describe it is a double bicep pose curling to peak contraction behind the head with the cables....
I thought it you kept the handles on the lowre part of the crossover and curled up?
