Going to take 10g of CLA/day (too much)
2250 mg of ALCAR..
1000-1200mg of R-ALA
A double shot of green tea before i go to bed...(make a difference?)
Ephedrine+Aspirin(3 times a day)

Should this work for a cutting cycle?

I need a little guidance with what amount of each i need...

Green tea (unless of course it's decaffienated) is not the best idea to have right before bed.
