How does this routine look..???

im 18 ive been lifting for about a year ive gained alot of strength now i need a routine to get big with.. o and what tricep exercises should i do?




Monday - Chest/Triceps
-Bench Press
-Incline Dumbbell Bench Press
-Flat Bench Dumbbell Flyes
*-Dips/(Decline)Close Grip Bench Press
*-Lying Tricep Extensions/Standing Overhead Extensions
-Tricep Pressdown
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Back/Biceps
-Wide Grip Pull-ups
-Close Grip Chin-ups
*-Seated Cable Row/T-Bar Row
-Dumbbell Rows
-Standing Dumbbell Curls
-Preacher Curls
*-Deadlift Shrugs/SLDL
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Legs/Shoulders
-Military Press
-Standing Side Dumbbell Lateral Raises
-Bent Over Dumbbell Lateral Raises
-Upright row
*-Back Squats/Front Squats
-Leg Extensions
-Lying Leg Curls
*-Leg Press & Calf Raises/Hack Squat & Calf Raises




*- Alternate every week
 
yea u should be with this......but why u only workin out 3 days...most ppl do 4 or 5 days a week....but just depends what you prefer
 
your working hams 2 days. do regular dl's not sldl's or you could do the sldl's and drop the leg curls. but sldl's is a poor choice for back a regular dl is better. si i would just drop the stiff legged from the deadlifts then it looks ok.
