how does this cycle sound?

weeks 1-4 dbo.l 40g/day
weeks 1-12 test E 750mgs/week
weeks 6-12 var 40-50g/day or oral winny but not sure what i want to do with that yet...

what do you guys think about this one? comments, thoughts, critiques.

Nice and simple. Not sure when you plan to start, but I'd try to end it around April so by May your looking nice and lean. you might think of running the var another 2 weeks or starting it 2 weeks later so you come off the enanthate at around the same time as the var.
 
mmmmmm......dbol & test the stack of champions.

without knowing anything about your history it is one of my favorite cycles. go with with var.

done one cycle before. just started gettin my strength back up cause i stopped for awhile. planned on starting around february. i'm tryin to get some mass back and solidify it as much as i can. 6', 156lbs, 5% bf. this time it's going to be more serious cause i got the time for longer gym visits and the funds to spend on more food and supps...

yeah thats my main concern cause i have no experience with var or winny. but since var is pretty mild that's why i'm leaning toward it even tho it's a bit pricier.

Let me suggest holding off on the anabolics until you have gotten your diet squared away. You have a lot of room to grow naturally before you start throwing in AAS.
 
oh man trust me, i can't gain weight for shit cause my metabolism is so fast. i've already done one cycle but the gains i made fell away from the break i took and since i've gotten into the gym about a month ago i've lost a lot of the weight that i had. idk what it was but anyway this is the most that i've ever weighed while off. i do zero cardio and still maintain 4-6% bodyfat! i understand where you're coming from bro and i really appreciate it (cause i know your tryin to look out for me) but, it really just does not apply to me here. after i got into the gym again i've been taking in at LEAST 3,000 cals a day and i still lost weight. i aim for 4,000 but i don't always reach it. i'm about to just say fuck it and start eating everything clean or not.
 
If your metabolism is that fast. Cheating to get some added calories won't be a bad thing. I'd rather you get a few dirty cals than skip getting any at all.

i hear ya i've been passing on the donuts and ice cream but that's about to change. it's a blessing and a curse cause i'm always lean but i never get any bigger and i'm always hungery.
 
my buddy was like that he would take down ultimate cheeseburgers like no tomorrow and stay under 10% body fat no matter what he was taking...it was so insane.

anavar is bad on your good cholesterol. not as bad on liver but cholesterol is pretty important

IMHO, you are a candidate for hardcore basic powerlifting movements--bench, squat, deadlift, lunges etc to out your body into an anabolic state (not with gear) so these with a legit weight gainer, spont-on diet, you should begin to see progress (w/o gear--at least for the foreseeable future)

Ok, sorry but I have to claim bullshit. I have a high metabolism to. It was hard for me to gain weight until I got serious about it. There is no way that you can't gain weight naturally. It's impossible to consume mass amounts of calories and stay at the same weight. You should be eating 8-10 small meals a day with 3 protein shakes daily minimum.

Here is a sample diet I wrote out a while ago.

Breakfast: 1 cup of oatmeal, 3 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon with 2 pieces of toast. 1 glass of Orange juice and 1 protein shake.

Snack: Half bag of beef jerky, glass of milk,

Lunch: Turkey sandwich or chicken, protein shake (Serious Mass 1900 calories by itself!)

Snack: Finish off the bag of beef jerky, another glass of milk (yes I love milk)

1st Dinner: 1 cup of rice, Chicken breast or seafood, protein shake.

Snack: Apple or Orange, 1 cup of yogurt

2nd Dinner: Red meat usually (beef or steak) or Salmon, 1 cup of strawberry yogurt, glass of milk.

Snack: Protein shake (casein not whey) Apple or Orange, Yogurt or string cheese.

If before I sleep I get hungry again I usually have a bowl of cereal because its fast and effective.

Now if you ate like this you would gain weight. Plain and simple. You need at least 5000-6000 calories daily for serious gains. You don't need AS. You need to get your diet in check......and no its not in check with 3000 calories a day.

Personally I think being on orals 11 out of 12 weeks is way too much. If it were me and I wanted to use D.bol and Anavar - oxandrolone - /Win I would run it like this

1-4 D.bol
1-12 testosterone enanthate
9-14 Anavar - oxandrolone - /Win

This will allow you 4wks off of orals after being on for 4wks. It will also have the added benefit of being able to taper your cycle until the test is out of your system. This will allow you to start your PCT immediately after your cycle ends and help you retain your gains.

No gear for you, my friend. A year ago, i weighed 160. I am now 195 and I am 6'2". I also have a very high metabolism. I'm still natural, never cycled. i put on 35 very solid lbs in 13 months naturally. No creatine, no nothing, but food. Steroids can barely achieve that. Now, my progress is slowing a lot. once i hit 205 i will do my first cycle. at 205, not 155!!

You need a good diet and training. Eat food like no other!

until then, stay away from the gear. I'ts not a magic potion. You will only get big on steroids if you can get big naturally. If you can't figure out how to do that, roids won't help you.

my only problem with this is, well, it's easier said than done lol. i really appreciate this and i'm going to do my best at it. my room mates are going to hate me haha! i thought that 4,000 cals a day was good but i guess i was being ignorant. my new plan is to stick with this the best i can and then start up the cycle in march. but what should i do about the var? up the dose and decrease the time? or just start it later? idk what to do about it.
