oh man trust me, i can't gain weight for shit cause my metabolism is so fast. i've already done one cycle but the gains i made fell away from the break i took and since i've gotten into the gym about a month ago i've lost a lot of the weight that i had. idk what it was but anyway this is the most that i've ever weighed while off. i do zero cardio and still maintain 4-6% bodyfat! i understand where you're coming from bro and i really appreciate it (cause i know your tryin to look out for me) but, it really just does not apply to me here. after i got into the gym again i've been taking in at LEAST 3,000 cals a day and i still lost weight. i aim for 4,000 but i don't always reach it. i'm about to just say fuck it and start eating everything clean or not.
