I weight 115 and I've been tryign to work out to gain more mass so I usually drink protein every day 4 hours before I go to sleep. I've been taking it for about a week and I've noticed I have to take a crap way more often than before, my muscles heal faster after a workout, I get really dehydrated (and I drink about a gallon of water a day) but since I'm taking a crap so much more often, aren't I losing more weight than gaining?
