How does my diet look to you?

I'm not Mr. Rich so I can't afford to buy to much groceries.

1. 6:30am
4 eggs, 3 whites 1 wheat toast maybe a chicken dog or lean bacon.

2. 10:00 am
Cup of instant oatmeal, can of tuna

3. 2:00 pm
2 chicken breast or legs, white rice, veges

4. 6:00
2 more chicken breast

5. 9:00 pm after gym
1 chicken breast, tuna can

6. protein shake, Eas oil pills.


I only take a shake before bed also, I use E/C/A stack before a workout. I take vitiman E/C/B after meal 1 and I am on a strick water diet, no soda, no O.J nothing.
 
It depends on what type of diet you're on. I'd ditch the chicken legs and stick with the breast only. If you're bulking get you some ground beef in there or steak.
