You'll start noticing the effects by week 5 or so. Maybe earlier. Like saint said, my joints felt loosy goosy. I sweated a lot on it too. My ex had me take a yoga class with her and I keps slipping because my palms were sweaty. Definite strength increases and solid muscle.
