I'm sure they shut the golf course down for the duration of the shoot............I for one don't think he was even there when the levitation started, all blue screen while he was in the air.

It could "easily" be done that way...........if it could be proved that everything was filmed "for sure" on site...........than I have no idea how he did it. The camera to the sky wasn't all that convincing though...........if he has two horizontal wires that pull from opposite directions, they could lift him without any vertical wires. But either way I'm POSITIVE that the people there were paid actors...........
