About 6 weeks between the pics.

I do Bent Overs, and I DL every other week.......I know my back needs alot more work along with the rest of me.
 
I like the wallpaper, it makes me feel like I'm outside, even though I'm really inside.

As for your body, it looks like you could kick my ass in either pic.

Actually that is my backyard.

I don't know. I heard you are a pincher and scratcher.....hard to compete with that type of defense.

Thanks.....I'm trying...I'd guess me to be about 15% now....not for sure. I have a few more things I'm going to be doing to drop fat. Right now CKD is working, and I plan on modifying it to bring in some carbs from oatmeal and rice to help with energy and strength.
 
I did a ckd myself to drop about 15 lbs....and it worked great.

when I introduced carbs i did the same thing you are planning.....the carbs i get are from oatmeal, brown rice, and whole wheat bread.

I noticed that i felt alot better in general with carbs in my diet (although i can't argue with success that i had on ckd)

Chewy.....If I do it right I should be able to drop fat and add some LBM...as long as I keep it clean. Just like a Beverly diet.

Your backyard looks like either a bathroom or a kitchen... which are both places one poops. As is the backyard?

My point is that you have one of them tribal tattoos that are rare :D

As for the pinching and scratching, that is only in bed - and you aren't getting me into bed until you lose those love handles fat stuff.
While you are at it, lose my love handles too - and my sagging man breasts.
 
I think maybe I'll keep the handles.....for insurance purposes....I get the side curtain airbag deductions.

My wife bought me that tuc.....I look hot in it.

Actually that is a spare bedroom.....it is going to be the baby's room so there will be a whole lot of pooping going on.
 
yes, major improvement in the hair. you can tell in the first pic that it just sort of sits there, while in the second pic, it's all aggressive and ready to hit the gym.
