looking at nelsons 'safe' excercises for testing strength one thing stands out, that's the jerky shitty reps people will be doing to try to cram as many Balance Bar squats into a minute as possible, or the reccomendation to do kipping squirming chin-ups instead of real chins.

not really that safe.

I actually see a place for some kipping or knee raising pullups. Strict form has a place as well. It is nice to stack on a bit of extra weight and get it up with a bit of oomph.

I dunno...GSP fights lightweight correct? Thats like a buck fifty. Sure he looks great with his shirt off...but so does 'jkurz'. He is pretty good at MMA, too bad he got his ass whooped last match..
