you doin a cutting cycle??

naw bro, im not even on cycle. Im getting my diet right first.
I just had to ask, because when you do get on cycle, eating all those calories, how they keep up with the stomach?

in my experiences, it all depends on what cycle your gettin on. Your hittin a bulker with compounds that will cause bloating, you will have a hard time keepin that washboard showin.

With that bein said, i keep my diets as CLEAN as humanly possible on or off cycle. I am currently dropping BF with a 60%protein/25%fat/15%carb diet. Keep the carbs and COMPLEX (oats, whole wheat, brown rice, etc.) Take in the good fats and keep up with the cardio! Train your ass off!!

it's next to impossible unless your taking alot of GH or IGF, which will allow you to burn fat on an excess calorie diet. All you can do is just be really conservative with your eating and hope that most of what you put on is muscle and fluid, not fat. If it's abs your looking for then commit yourself to a diet where there is a deficit in calories and cutting is your #1 objective, but you'll lose some strength, no doubt.

either genetics or starve yourself.....i can get a flat stomach but thats it. The human body was not made so that you can see your abs all the time, therefore, you are working against nature to get em.

you can stay lean yes, but showing abbs is another thing....look at many of the MMA fighters, they train way harder than you have ever thought about. Most are on a the same style diet and training plan. Hours of cardio working all body parts and always crushing the core. The genetic blessed guys have abbs, the others......dont...genetics has alot to do with. Im sure you have been blessed with some, be happy!

Personally I think it has a lot to do with genetics. It's easier for an ectomorph (naturally thin) to get six pack abs than it is for an endomorph (naturally big). Conversley it's easier for an endomorph to get a massive overall physique than an ectomorph. It's the mesomorphs (naturally balanced) that are gifted genetically because they are naturally able to achieve both, given a proper diet and cardio program. I'm an ectomorph and I know that no matter how high my caloric intake is, or the aas compounds I use, I will never get a massive physique. It's just not in the genetics I inherited.

What is your natural body type? If your an endomorph you will always find it difficult to lose the "flab" no matter your diet or excercise program. Take heart though because you can always head to a plastic surgeon and get hoovered.

you need to understand first what is a calorie. If those 3500-5000 calories come from sugar, you'll look unfortunatelly like more than 50% of Americans. But if those calories are clean, with the right proportion of protein, carbs and fat, you can look like a horse.

true

abs are definitely genetic...i mean if ur a built guy but have that lil flab in ur lower ab "like i do" you could diet like crazy and prolly get ur abs in but ur gonna lose alot of size on the way their....i used growth hormone before...i only had 2 kits....i definitely noticed shooting it in the abdominals definitely leaned them out without even dieting

As for the 3000 - 3500 calories a day that shouldn't be written in stone. You could get away with more or less, keep a log of your daily intake and monitor ur b/f regurlarly let that be ur guide. If ur making good gaines with no fat up your intake and if ur putting on to much fat start slashing the cals.. Ur body will let u know what to do but only if ur paying attention to it..Good luck!

Cardio, HGH, and a minimal amount of carbs.

Really, the determining factor is your BF%, when that decreases, so usually does your stomach girth.

ROFL you fucking guys crack me up. Hard work and grit seems to be lost on the new "roid generation."

You're all so obsessed with splits and macros....get the fuck up and out and sweat. Stop analyzing your cycles and debating your bicep lifts. Just do something everyday as hard as you can, and don't eat like an asshole. It will happen for you unless you're a genetic retard.

I've been having a tough time losing the flab too, even with good diet and cardio. I've stepped it up a notch by also playing floor hockey, which is 2 hours of super intense cardio. Find something fun and intense like hockey or racquet sports to increase the amount of cardio you are doing.

I agree!

example:

I am working out ewery day at least 2 hours, for 3 years now, and what you can see frome my body are legs, hard and lean, the uper parts(sholders, biceps, triceps...were waste of my time, offcurs there is strange, but thats all)
Thats why there are steroids which can change genetic.I newer deweloped pektories - side efect of testo is growing of your breast.

lol, I am eating carbo with realy low GI, and lot, lot(my shit is almost liquid) of proteins, hehe and I newer reached more than 165 pounds:)it is 60% genetic, or more.
Now I'm using testo, I got 3.3pounds in week.

But I think he may be asking about how do you keep you stomach from bulging out all the time because it is constantly being filled with food.

If you are eating 5000 per day, there isn't much you can do to not have your stomach constantly filled with food and protruding more than usual. If you are really lean, then your abs will always be there. For the most part your stomach won't stay flat on a bulker...but it can stay lean. If it's lean then you can suck it in when you need to. :chomp:

Then when you go on a cutter, you can have your stomach sucked up against your spine.

there you go.... if you're throwing down the calories (bulking), you're gonna have to sacrifice ab definition, etc... you're either bulking or dieting down.... it's pretty tough to do both successfully... if you can do it, it will take a long time or you're one of the few who are

yes, that was a part of my question, how do you guys keep the stomach from bulging out. But i guess i can lower my calories a bit, and besides the 30minutes cardio i do at the gym. I play ball for hour EOD. But will probably look into AAS, after i lower b.f down to about 10-12%.

Thanks for the help!
