how do you guys workout abs?????

ok i do mine monday threw friday for like 20 mins is it bad to do abs everyday even tho u can how would you see the best results??? i eat clean and shit and do cardio but you still can see them that good so what should i do. hit me back thanks guys
 
Abs is like every other muscle. Training your abs every day is WAY overtraining. I hit my abs HARD 2 times a week and use many diffrent exersizes. Hanging leg raises, laying on the back leg raises (with weight on feet) cable rope crunches, weighted crunch machine ect....
I do about 8-10 sets with the rep range between 12-25.

Monday = 3 sets of 12 - Hanging leg raises... keep your legs strait
Tuesday = 3 sets of 12 - crunches... keep you abs is constant tension
Wednesday = 3 sets of 12 - Stabilizing ball... make sure your body goes below parrellel (sp) with the floor.
Thursday through Saturday repeat...
*That said... its all diet. The little thing fuck you abs up.. fruit juice, sugar free gum etc..

once a week for 4 sets.

some, like stan mcquay, dont even train abs and have massive abs.
