when you are bulking up and "on"?........I've seen some guys do it all the way through and others who lose them immidiately.....I've up'd my cals only about 500/day and kept my routine the same (still doing moderate 35 min. cardio) but my abs are fading hard....genetics?

There are so many factors: genetics, calories, sodium, bloat, etc. When you bulk you are taking in excess calories and in turn your bf will go up. You can't get big and expect to stay lean, unless your a genetic freak

i am in my early 40s and still have impressive abs. i work them twice a week for about 10 minutes and can eat anything. it is just good luck. now about that bald spot...
