How do you guys inject?

Where did you get this idea? It is false.

Asside from the possibilities of coughing spell and a dizzy spell (possibly to the point of passing out), the primary negative consequence of injecting gear into a vein is that you will have wasted the gear.

Aspirate.

The post about leaving a tiny bubble in the pin to aid in getting all your gear out is just crazy....An air bubble in a vein can kill you.

My bio teacher who is a doctor told me you need to inject around 4-5 CC of air into a big blood vessel if you wanna do some damage which would not always cause a cardiovascular attack resulting in death!
But it is always good to aspirate.

I always try to aspirate, but I know I forget sometimes. It just takes a second I don't see any reason not to.

It takes 10cc of air to kill you. So that aint so crazy.
