Arimidex!!! :chomp:

A little anti aromatase, a diuretic (DEFINITION) with lots of water and sweating. That's pretty much it.

keep away from salt , diuretic........(also get some pottasium supplement)......

So stay away from salt, and between 0.25 - 1mg/ED, arimidex would do the job?

How about adding winstrol weeks 8-12 50mg ED, would that make him look a bit more vascular?

winstrol will help some with bloat but the vascularity will depend on his current BF%.

.25 mg should do it bro and yes keep salt intake low

i just used a mild diuretic, which you can get from any nutrition store - completly lost the watery look personally - but you have to make sure to supplement electrolytes with vitamins expecially potassium.

BTW with diuretics the more water you drink the more water you loose - lol i know it sounds odd but trust me bro it works.

Jump in a sauna or steam room for 15 min after training along with the Arimidex and diet recomendations
