How do you guys deal with SWV friends?

this also drives me nuts. I purposefully go out of my way to make sure I'm fair to all parties concerned. My best friend turns into the guy who you NEVER see as soon as he gets a gf and i hate that with a passion. My roomate is also a whipped bitch to any girl who will talk to him so i'm getting too much practice dealing with this

My friends and I fall into the 20-22 age group. And I swear, everyone is hell bent on picking a mate and settleing down.

I thought this shit happens at 25-30, not 21.(Tons of fun to be had).

It's all a matter of perspective....

If you don't care that one of your good bro's turns into a SWV, then so be it. Other(like myself) value a good friendship and know what the word "respect" means.

Im single at the moment, but in the past, I NEVER forgot about the "boys" when in a relationship. Simply doesn't make sense to piss off all your longtime friends by FORGETTING them just because you are getting pussy at the moment.

Once again, perspective... I just think I care about good friendships too much...

Hal, here are some questions for ya:

1. If you havent seen a good bro in WEEKS(if not months), does it bother you?

2. If a good bro breaks long time "friend" traditions.. would it bother you?

3. If his g/f tells him that he can't be your friend anymore (sad attempt at control)...would it bother you?

Update: Hung out with a SWV friend(one of many) the last few days.

His g/f literally called every hour while we hung out(about 3 hours).

Talk about annoying....
