I have respect for EVERYONE unless they give me a reason not to respect them, Even if we just met.

I use my judgement depending on circumstances and where I am. If we`re in a park playing baseball with 20 strangers... I`ll call them anything, bro guy man... If you meet someone in a fine restaurant, You may not use the same words.

To me "bud" is a term that is used for a child or someone quite a bit younger than you. “Buddy” is totally different in my eyes. I don’t really care as much, but if someone calls me bud(that's not like 15-20 years older than me) I automatically get pissed off. Seriously, 9 out of 10 It will make me not like that person until they show otherwise.
