How do you determine Fina ML?

Have done quite a few searches on this issue, but this coming from a guy who can barely boil rice without screwing it up. If someone was going to convert fina. What would the ML rate be ie...One cartridge would = what strength and amount of ml , would it be say 10cc of 75ml.. That is the part that is throwing me off, hope you can help me outh Thanks in Advance

It usually comes out to be 20-22ml. 75mg per.

Well,
It all depends on the amount of fina concentration you are interested in. Typically, using a 2GF kit from A or Mr T produces 75mg of Fina per ml.
