How do you combat laziness?

The only thing that I would somewhat watch out for is signs of depression. I was having the same problem feeling so the worse things got the more I could escape in the gym. Finally my workouts and gains started to suffer which upset me more. Looking back I think I was overtraining which help lead me further into depression.

I laughed at the first doctor who told me I was depressed....I thought depression was more serious than what I was experiencing.

I don't think that it would hurt to watch for signs, see a doctor, just to make sure. I would rather catch things earlier than later.

so this is what I do to keep myself from getting tired: COFFEE, and lots of it. I drink about 6-10 cups a day. Give it a shot, and those who tell you caffine is bad for you..they are just pussies.

Sheer genius. Know what would work even better, Debaser? Cocaine. yeah, take a few grams in the morning, maybe a few more for lunch, and of course, a few more as a nightcap. You'll never be lazy again!
