how do u know when to start using a-dex??

Well you should be on the adex @ .5mg eod period on the dose of test as everyone would need it on a dose that high. Signs of high estro levels are sensitive nips, bitchiness (lol), etc. You will know but you should def start .5mg eod to prevent this.

so my nips will be tender/sore then? is there any other sides? my bodyfat is prolly 13 and i carry alot of fat around my chest so i doubt i will be able to see the gyno.

I can run 2grams of test and not require arimidex. Everyone is different. Use it as needed. If you dont think you need it right now then you dont. You'll know when you need it, trust me.

i run 1mg tab arimidex (American)/ per day and haven't seen too many issues with inhibited gains. I might start using .5 mg. a day but i'll need a pill cutter cause the razor blade breaks it up too much. Has anyone honestly felt diminshed gains by using Arimidex?

you should take it begining day one of your cycle so you wont experience any problems.

Why not use 1mg EoD? Its half life is very long.

take it only if nips sore, bloated like hell, or bitchiness like someone said above. or you could just run .5EOD to be safe. my nips flare like hell on bdol and sus, but I never worry about it because it always goes away w a little proviron or letro.

Im in complete agreement about the "inhibited gains" being mostly a myth. I would rather gain 10lbs of muscle and not end up with Tits than gain 20 lbs and walk around with some titties. Fuck that shit. I run my arimidex .25mg daily throughout the entire cycle and for 2 weeks post cycle.
