Alright, I decided to give the 5x5 style training a shot. I'm into my fourth week of my cycle and am ready to try something new. My splits are going to be like this:
Sun-Off
Mon-Back/Bi's
Tues-Off
Wed-Chest/Tri's
Thur-Legs
Fri-Off
Sat-Shoulders
Here is the execise selection I was thinking about using:
Back/Bi's-
Bentover Barbell Rows 5x5
Mediumgrip Pulldown 2x10-12
Cable Row 2x10-12
Barbell Curls 5x5
Iso DB Curls 2x10-12
Chest/Tri's
Barbell Bench 5x5
Incline DB 2x10-12
Incline Fly 2x10-12
Weighted Dips 5x5
Nosebreakers 2x10-12
Legs-
Leg Press 5x5
Lunges 2x10-12
Leg Curls 2x10-12
Extensions 2x10-12
Calf Raises 3x10-12
Shoulders-
Milliatary Press 5x5
Side Raises 2x10-12
Reverse Flys 2x10-12
Neck Pulls 2x10-12
Believe me I would love to use squats and deads in my lifts, but I have a bad lower back which prevents me from doing them. I feel pretty good about all my day's except for my back day. I haven't tryed it yet, but it seems it may be lacking. What would be good to throw in there since deads are out of the question.
