Do you guys train them differently than bodybuilders?
What I mean is,do you guys do a few different exercises with multiple sets per exercise,and what rep range are you guys using?
I am trying to get into powerlifting abit here,I decided to "fuck" trying to look like arny and more like a big ox. I could never get chiselled but always big,so I am thinking it is a wise choice to switch over,and the fact that deadlifts and cleans are ALOT more fun then rep after rep of fucking preacher curls.
