How do I LOWER MY TESTOSTERONE level?? Temporarily?

Some may ask why would I want to lower my Test blood level. Others may already know why I want to.

I am trying to have my Testosterone blood level come in abnormally low for testing.
So in theory, if I come in at the LOW END of the chart of a normal male Test level. I would need greater dose ABOVE theraputic dose to get back to normal.
How can I lower my T level on test day? Eat a Mc Donald Double Quarter pounder hours before the testing?

Eat zero fat....

But if ur test levels are normal why on earth would you want to be on trt?

I know what your getting at. But they already know NOT to shut my own production down. It will be done similar as anyone using Test Cyp OR Enth on their own. I am just leaving myself open for more room for higher doses.

I would guess avoied foods that boost test then like fat, zinc and eggs..

Maybe run some prop for a week and stop a week before testing?

I am SUPPOSED to fast before the blood test for 12 hrs. I am just trying to make the most of what I can get. And that is pretty much everything. It's not cheap but for me now it's less about cost and more about convienence. I am 37 so it don't raise eyebrows like when I was a jacked 27 yr old. Also, when I was 27 I would NEVER been able to afford it.
Any advice on going this route? To get the most bang for the buck. I hope I am not missing anything. I know most of the normal PCT stuff will be prescribed. This will be my first cycle back in several years. I was laid off for a long while. Tore my bicep (that became my excuse after the first year anyway).

just read an article today that sugar prior to testing will alter the test results negatively.. as in to the point where normally you don't fast before a blood test for testosterone, they are rethinking that due to the new study..

so.. sugar consumption in the previous 24 hours before the test..

Good info, I appreciate it.
My question is regarding fasting: Would it be better to cheat on the fasting part to get lower results? I guess I don't quite understand if fasting or not fasting would skew my normal results?

do not fast (starve) before the test, as a matter of fact eat significant amounts of sugar and simple sugars during the 24 hours before the tests..

Gallon of soy milk a day...

Are you expecting the doc to prescribe near cycle doses of test to you based on very low test readings? Dont most docs only prescribe 100~150mg test a week, even if you hypothetically had a zero reading?

1/2cc of Deca 1 week before the test - your levels will as high as a 3rd grade girl. Dosages as low as 100mgs(a single shot!) have been shown to almost completely shut down testosterone for 3 weeks.

Im 24 and the dr has me on test cyp @ 150mg every 14 days so .7 a week 100mg/ml Sandoz test

I am 38 and I am looking to lower my test results from 346 to below 300 so my insurance will pay for the prescription. I have been told by a doctor friend of mine to get as little sleep the night before and fast for 12-16 hours.
The sugar comment above seems questionable. Does anyone have a more to offer on this topic?

Been on TRT for 19 years and have never been asked to fast by any doctor ever for that test.

However taking the test within 1hr of waking up will produce results about 14% lower than if you take them in the afternoon.

Every doctor I've ever heard of for any blood test has said the wanted it fasted.
And test levels upon waking up are higher than in the afternoon. That's why docs want morning bloods. I myself was 80 points higher at 9am than at 1pm before TRT.

I meant 14% higher in the morning. Fingers typed lower for some reason. Brain fart.
